I have some green alge on my plants and I was wondering what I could get to eat it?

If you're talking about the green spot algae (looks exactly like what it's called), then I don't know of any fish that eats it because it's usually really fused onto the surface. When it's on the glass you can scrape it off manually with a piece of hard plastic (like credit card), but I never had any luck scraping it off plant leaves, neither does my otos or SAE. I usually just cut off the affected leaves if it's on fast-growing stem plants (rare), or leave it alone when it's on slow-growing plants like anubias (looks kind of natural anyway). BTW, green spot algae is usually a sign of phosphate deficiency.

Not trying to be too critical but there are several forms of green algae. Gan you supply a photo or give a good description. There are several fish that eat algae but they might not be suitable for your tank size.

One thing dont use any chemicals to remove algae as this usually causes other problems.
