Goh Big Fish Posts: 368 Kudos: 23 Votes: 1 Registered: 30-Jul-2000 | hi, had anubias for a little while, but this recent one i got for a new tank i set up has sprouted 50+ little root buds on one end. i bought it attached to a piece of wood, and now its attaching anymore. Its prob nothing bad, but i've just never seen this before. most of the roots are slowly binding to the wood (if they so happen to touch)... anyone know why this would be?? |

Eventually those buds will grow into new leaves and additional plants. You can leave them alone, which I WOULD DO, or you can allow them to grow into plants and when they reach about 3-4 inches in size you can separate them into individual plants and spread them out.
