HOKESE Mega Fish Posts: 1105 Kudos: 478 Votes: 271 Registered: 22-Feb-2003 | hey guys, ive got a huge anubias plant on drift, ive had it for a while now and up untill like 2 months ago it was doing exetremly well, its well over a foot tall and has over 30 big leaves on it!well in the mean time i got given a complete setup with fish,a massive featherfin catfish,a large common pleco, large clown loach, and a meduim sized red tail black shark, now since putting them bigger fellas in the leaves had statred gettin eatin, some of the the egdes have been eaten theres also chew holes in the middle of some of the leaves too,now ive never really kept plants b4,due to mainly keeping big sa/ca americans, the plants just get killed or thrashed, therefore i never bothered with em! so basicly i have 2 quick qeustions 1,is there a liquid repair or something i can get to repair them? 2 out of the fish i listed above which one do you think would be the culprit?.. its just such a nice big plant and id like to get it looking great again,at the moment it is looking rather beaten up... |

Remember I have the large CLs but what I have done lately I have greatly increased the plant feeding (a locally made product) also I feed the CLs with plenty of frozen blood worms three times a week and the Algae sinking wafers every day. BY doing all this for some reason the Anubias are getting left alone far more than they used to.
