Another stem will grow back, maybe not in the same spot though. Some snails got a couple of my anubias leaves and left holes in them so I just cut the stem off. My anubias grows new stems weekly. Don't just cut the leaf...cut the whole stem off. |

Cut the old stalk off, otherwise it will rot off by itself. Anubias as you know is a very slow grower, even when given CO2 and high lighting. A new leaf will "roll off" of one of the older leaves every few weeks without CO2, maybe once a week or two weeks once settled in with optimal CO2. |

I have never seen any of my loached eating any of my Anubias not saying they dont, Remembering the 5ft tank is an Anubial jungle and I have plenty of CLs in there. The loach looks very happy and healthy. Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info Look here for my Betta 11Gal Desktop & Placidity 5ft Community Tank Photos Keith ![]() ![]() Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do.
