I have some frondy plants and they seem togather a lot of foods i have the frondy plants because of my fry. How do i keep them clean without vaccuming the fry?

It could be over feeding. If so the water would be a little cloudy as well.

Add an Airstone or direct a water flow at the plants to remove the waste of the plants.
