I have used it in the past. I did not notice any perceptual change in the growth or health of my plants.

Works well for low light tanks, it's abotu 1/3 the CO2 strength IME.

So adding CO2 correctly is better, but this will help for smaller tanks without CO2.

I have used it and it perked my plants up in the low light tank. I would not use it if I had plants that required higher lighting tho.

YOu can ask anyone here to affirm the fact that I dragged my feet for two years on DIY co2 (2L soda bottle and yeast). It works pretty well. Now that I've been bitten by the co2 bug, I'm going to eventually get pressurized.

I've used it and if you hace co2, it's a waste of money, it does helps as mention above in smaller tanks where even a 2L DIY soda bottle is too much.
