My ottos won't touch it either. In fact they dont eat all that much algae off plants like they used too. I really don't know what to do either. |

They have the shape of platies and their body markings looks like the US flag. They can be aggressive though especially towards corys. |

It's on my crypts and sagittaria. Would a pic help? Keep it there during the day, this will stop the growth and help the plants. Once you stop the growth, you can trim off the algae. Crypts are easy to grow back. You can slowly remove leaves also once the BBA stops growing. Regards, Tom Barr |
