I have built two DIY C02 Reactor which feeds directly into the cannister filter to be diffuse, and it have successfully output very fine C02 bubbles. But I am not sure if this is enough C02 for the plants. Do I need more Reactors?

are you runing a diy co2 with bottles or a pressureized system, all depends on what your ph and kh is on how much co2 you have in your tank, idealry you would like about 20ppm of co2

DIY is not really suitable for anything above 50gal. It's too difficult to get sufficient Co2 saturated in the water. You can add more reactors but this becomes a lot of work having to monitor and change so many bottles. It also becomes so expensive in the long term that it's less economical then a pressurised system.

You can check your Co2 content by measuring KH and pH and using a calculating table. If you don't know how to do this or where to get a table let me know and I'll post a link (don't have it handy at the moment).
