First LFS gave me Red Cabomba...then I see this needs higher WPG than I have. Bought another plant he said would be good with my lighting, forget name, but it's not doing great either. Then, I bougth what he said was hornwort..but it's not, it's Elodea..probably..Egeria densa So what would be good plants for me and is there somewhere good online to order them? |

Simply choose those you like, and look around town at the various LFSs or check with the local clubs and purchase them as they become available. Or, you can choose what you want and order them online from the site. Frank ![]() -->>> The Confidence of Amateurs, is the Envy of Professionals <<<-- |

In the plant profile section they let you choose plants by light, type, tank location etc. Just pick light requirements and the appropiate lightlevel (low, med etc) and it will throw you a list of plants that fit the bill ![]() 2+ wpg is pretty ok so the list of plants you can grow is too long to go into here. Nitrates were a bit hi Sat when I had water tested..thought maybe from most of the Cabomba deteriorating? So I pinched off the still good tops of the cabomba and stuck them in the gravel..threw away the rest and did a little vacuuming to get any bits. (some top pieces of the Cabomba I got a week ago, that broke during planting and I rooted then, are still green). If levels get safer I'll ad some Ottos. |
