Plants Dying | |
pla Fingerling Posts: 21 Kudos: 15 Votes: 2 Registered: 25-Jul-2006 | Hi I've had my tank up and running for 2 years and have never had any trouble with plants until the last couple of months when they have started to die. Have these plants come to the end of there life? there has been no other change. Initially i thought it was the light so i brought a new tube (powerglo) same as i allways had and no change in fish stock. plants are 2 types of swords and ambulia they used to grow wonderfully and i have made no changes in maintenance or anything else. I also seem to have a bit of a algae problem nothing huge maybe its because the bristle nose died. |

Using the correct lighting and length of time lights on. Substrate wrong type 2-3ml of a good quality gravel and deep enough no less than 3ins. Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info Look here for my Betta 11Gal Desktop & Placidity 5ft Community Tank Photos Keith Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do.
