In the past, when I have ordered plants from commercial suppliers, they have come wrapped in wet newspaper and bagged in sealed plastic bags. The bags were placed within shipping boxes, and taped shut. The boxes were labeled "LIVE PLANTS" and generally shipped PRIORITY MAIL. When shipping my plants and snails, I simply duplicated the efforts of the commercial suppliers. Here we have the option of "next day" delivery, or two or three day delivery. Pay attention to the time of the year that you ship them. In some cases they can be left out on the taramic for hours in the sun or in the snow in trailers before being sorted and shipped. Hope this helps... Frank ![]() -->>> The Confidence of Amateurs, is the Envy of Professionals <<<-- |
