Hi,
The plants are growing well in my tank. But the new leaves appearing on vallesneria are not full in texture. They look like semi transparent. I use PMDD fertilization and sugar/yeast CO2. What nutrient deficiency can cause this problem?
Thanks.

Hi,
Here is a link to one of many sites that categorize plant
nutrient deficiencies and offer suggestions:

http://www.otoaquatic.com/nutrient_deficiency.asp

The plant Val, prefers iron and calcium in the water for
growth. It may have outstripped those nutrients and you are
now seeing the signs of that deficiency.
