The Macranda can be dicey. The Ludwigia should be easy enough but I wouldn't really class it as a red plant.

For my money one the nicest and easiest red plants is A.Reineckii aka Red Temple. Beautiful colour and very easy to grow. Not the fastest grower but that can be a good thing.

Ammania Gracillis is pretty easy and a nice plant. Difficult to get bright red though, in most cases it would be more of an orange to pink colour. But that can be good to use as a subtle change from green to red.

Rotala rotundifolia should have pink tips under that much light if you give it adequate nutrition. Not exactly red but I like the colour on it. Bonus: it grows like a WEED and is extremely easy to grow.

I second bensaf on the Alternanthera reineckii v. roseafolia. Very nice colour for very little effort, and it is a bit sluggish compared to other stem plants even under high light but it does branch and bush out readily.

A red tiger lotus would be a nice addition. Young plants have a bushy undergrowth then send up lily pads as they mature. Check Psynderella's post...
