Yet another plant ID please... | |
Gone_Troppo Enthusiast Posts: 285 Kudos: 196 Registered: 13-Mar-2007 | Hi, Can anyone suggest what this plant may be? I picked it up at my LFS today and the sales person wasn't able to tell me what it was. To me it looks like a cross between watersprite and a giant maidenhair fern. Pic 1 Pic 2 Pic 3 (the top is a little ratty from transport / handling) Any suggestions would be appreciated G_T Never be afraid to try something new. Remember that a lone amateur built the Ark. The fronds are mostly floating. deltoides fronds mostly emersed. The plant I have and have always called floating Water Sprite is also know as Indian fern GT & BG I will be able to send you both some of this plant in about 4 weeks time.
