I'm doing cleaning, rearranging and all that good stuff today. This plant is being moved. Should I do anything with the roots that have developed higher up or just leave them alone?

Thanks

With my plants that have done that I just leave it alone...sometimes the roots end up pulling the plant down and it grows horizontally as well as sending out new shoots vertically :%).

I only trim the water roots when they get all tangled with each other and create net-like masses that fish get (temporarily) trapped in. Otherwise, it's a sign of a helathy plant.

Hoping that there must be a word for everything I mean...

]:| Water roots! Oooo I hate them....

You don't need to do anything about them, though. They mean your plants are happy. They just make a group of plants look ugly IMO ]:|
