i went to my lfs and i was going to get a nice looking sword plant for only 3. the plant tanks are serperated only by glass that water can be still be moved from tank to tank. next store, i saw alot of snail and snail eggs. i do not want any snails, so is there a way to get rid of the eggs (if any). i was thinking about running it under warm water.

Fall Out Boy

Just give them a very good wash under a running tap checking each leaf very well.

Cory_Di used to let them soak in Alum solution, but I never tried that myself and I'm not sure how much Alum or for how long, but I guess you can search information on google about that.

I'll be trying the alum dip.

CORRECTION: Ended up using potassium permanganate.
