	java moss and java fern
greenmonkey51 Fish Master Posts: 1571 Kudos: 1692 Votes: 5 Registered: 28-Jan-2004	would these two grow good in a 75g with .53 wpg. can you put these two with blue acaras and a green severum. im putting it on a peice of driftwood good idea?

I have Java fern growing in tanks with no lights at all, however I think Java moss will harder for you to grow. Growing them on driftwood is a good idea because your fish, particularly your green severum might mess around with them if they were left in the gravel.

It can also be rooted onto rocks. .5wpg is rather low, even for java fern. I'd suggest trying to increase your wpg, a quick trip to your local DIY store should give you a few options for doing it cheaply. Just make sure you get daylight bulbs. ^_^
