would these two grow good in a 75g with .53 wpg. can you put these two with blue acaras and a green severum. im putting it on a peice of driftwood good idea?

Java fern and Java moss grow in most conditions, so definitely give them a go. I have Java fern growing in tanks with no lights at all, however I think Java moss will harder for you to grow.
Growing them on driftwood is a good idea because your fish, particularly your green severum might mess around with them if they were left in the gravel.

Java's do grow best on wood, it's a little easier for them to root. It can also be rooted onto rocks.
.5wpg is rather low, even for java fern. I'd suggest trying to increase your wpg, a quick trip to your local DIY store should give you a few options for doing it cheaply. Just make sure you get daylight bulbs.
