Microgeophagus altispinosa, microgeophagus means "tiny earth eater" in your case it seems to mean "tiny plant excavator". You may want to try to protect the roots by moving stones and rocks over them to protect the plant base until they fully root.

In the photograph, your heater looks very close to the surface of the water! Since heat rises, you may want to lower it until it is just above the gravel. That position will also protect it from shattering if the water level falls and the glass is unprotected!

Yea i just moved the heater for the picture, i didn't bother putting the plants back in before i took the pic because they would just come undone again. Yea im gonna cover them with a rock or something so they root.
