let me know what you think, i personally think i should add a red tiger lotus between the sword and the crypt in the center to add texture and some colors. but let me hear from you

ps. tiger lotus = wal-mart bulbs??

I think the tank looks great. Mainly I think that the tank just needs to mature and fill out. Some extra colors would be nice, and a couple more of the crypts would look nice planted near each other.

The tank looks fine as it is. Just give some more time, so the plants will grow a bit more. Just have patience.

How large is this tank? A 29 gal? Tiger lotus can grow very large in a short amount of time, and it may take over a large section of your tank, preventing anything from growing underneath it. To add some color, I'd suggest Alternanthera reineckii, or some sunset hygrophilia for the background, and the crypts look good in the mid-ground. I think the black background really looks good. The Glosso in front will take a bit of time to form a carpet, but it looks like it's getting there, and when that happens it should make a good looking carpet, so I'd leave it alone. The marimo balls are something I personally don't like in a heavily planted aquascape (but they're great in bare-bottomed tanks, IMO), and if you took them out, some additional crypts or an aponogeton or two would look nice.

Hoping that there must be a word for everything I mean...
