i was wondering what plants would be suitable for that temperature and that i could tye to rocks or wood so that my weather loach won't dig them up every 5 minutes.

Hi,
Got to this site: http://www.azgardens.com/habitats_goldfish.php

While is says "goldfish" remember that they are best kept
in cooler water and hence the plants will work just fine.
Write down the names of the plants in the package, and
then scout around in your area purchasing them as you
find them or they become available.
