i have this plant dont know what type of plants it is but when i got it it just green, but now it got this layer of purple fur of it andi was wodering how 2 get it of wiv out damaging the plant.

Hi,
It sounds like you might have a form of "beard algae."
I don't know of any plant that comes with "fur" on its
leaves that is an aquarium plant.
