Anyway, all good, but I believe your position towards high tech planted tanks tainted your objectivity. Barteri under high light, CO2, and fert addition grows much faster than under a single flourescent bulb. But such details can be discusses/corrected at a later time. But yeah, I don't like to add anything to water but a dechlorinator. If I keep things that need supplements, they tend to die as a result of laziness. I can stick the bottle right next to the tank, but it's always the same. They'll wait for me to do the work for them, instead of dosing themselves. Not happening. No one gets a free ride.
