It's easy enough to find many other sources that show them wrong in this instance. The average AIR temperature of the region this fish comes from is 21ºC, so I doubt the water temps would be higher. I don't buy for a second that any fish from mexico requires a temp of up to 30C (86F). the waters in the wild might get up that high during certain times of the day in the hottest months of the year, but I don't believe it would be healthy to keep the fish in that temp 24/7 365 days a year.
