Everyone pretty much agreed that platies you find in the LFS have never even heard of saltwater. And since I said "I promise" out loud to LF about taking this part out. lol

I dunno....Maybe, cause the LFS i go to uses salt in their livebearer tanks, and they do fine....I guess that it will do some good.

Goby good buddy, - salt kills some bacteria for a short period when its first added, when people use salt incessantly it does nothing, because bacteria adjust to any salinity that the fish can take. Its a pointless exercise really, but ok to kill off a few bugs now and then.
