3D Rock background | |
sharkbait_whohaha Hobbyist Posts: 89 Kudos: 65 Votes: 0 Registered: 28-Sep-2005 | Hey Guys, I have just bought my first big tank 48"x14"x18". I plan to set it up very much like the Amazon swamp or river. My question is, l was thinking of getting a 3D rock background to make the tank look more realistic. Has anyone used these before and had any problems with them? I found a shop that sells them http://www.universalrocks.com.au/aquarium.htm The one l was looking at getting was called "The Ledge". Do you think this background would suit what I’m trying to achieve? Also l plan to get the fluval 402 external filter. Will this filter be ok to use and do l setup the tubing between the background and glass or in front of the background? Thanks for your comments and help Last edited by sharkbait_whohaha at 28-Sep-2005 22:45 Last edited by sharkbait_whohaha at 28-Sep-2005 22:45 |

I'm expecting it will take me a good 2-3months before its ready to have and fish in it. Going to take my time, do my research, and try to do it right the first time Last edited by sharkbait_whohaha at 29-Sep-2005 20:29 |
