A little more detail would help us out a bit. 19G Container Pond [IMG]http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y118/Wingsdlc/Ric |

You need to cut out fan holes in the tank to create a flow of air circulation. Plus if it's a proper vivarium it will have polystirene tiles stuck to the outside - to keep the heat inside the tank. Alot of modifications are needed to convert a plain aquarium to a vivarium. So i'd imagine that this vivarium being sold might not be suitable to be used as a aquarium. |

Look at the sheet under the heading "Aquarium Thickness Calculation". http://cyro.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/cyro.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php?p_sid=kJ852S4g&p_lva=&p_sp=&p_li= Hope this helps. |

Darth Vader Big Fish Posts: 338 Kudos: 334 Votes: 35 Registered: 05-May-2005 | yeh i'd use borosilicat glass maybe 25mm thick and a brace of brass wireing around the top and bottom o the tank to stop the panes of glass from "creeping" apart which 'll give ya big mess thats what i mean buy "creep" Last edited by victa_fish at 13-Jun-2005 21:24 |
