DIY Lighting Question | |
amackattack Enthusiast Posts: 299 Kudos: 84 Votes: 0 Registered: 18-Dec-2001 | Hi, I was interested in purchasing a: Nova Extreme T5HO : 36" - 156 Watts - (2x39 Watt 10K Daylight + 2x39 Watt Freshwater Bulbs) By Current USA The manual says it is not designed to be used under a canopy. Could I get away with this if I keep the back of the canopy open and use a small fan to ventilate the canopy? If anyone has any experience with this I would appreciate your feedback. Thanks in advance, amackattack |

Wingsdlc Fish Guru What is this? Posts: 2332 Kudos: 799 Registered: 18-Jan-2005 | What size tank are you going to be putting this light on. If it is longer than the light, giving the light room to breath then you might be safe. 19G Container Pond [IMG]http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y118/Wingsdlc/Ric |
