One small comment, PVC pipes are very round and don't look very natural, even when coated with gravel. I think that can be improved by either breaking the pipes in random pieces and then glue those together (with silicone kit) to reshape a cave, which then is covered by gravel. Alternatively, you can also glue some larger irregularly shaped rocks on the PVC pipe and add some gravel for the finishing touch. Nonetheless, you've made a nice instruction site on how to make the cave! Well done! |

I think you are right about making it look more natural with irregular shaped pieces, but I hope that this shows an easy way to do the basics. Any shape or size could be used, this is just an example Strange that it didn't work for you, Amanda, I'm not sure why that would be. Is anyone else having problems accessing it?
