well im thinking of using my 10G as a sump. i would put my emperor filter on the 10g and take out the impellor assembly. then i would use a pump in the 30g to pump water thru a hose and into the impellor area of the filter, then i would put a heater in the 10G and another pump to return the water to the 30G, i would also keep my current gravel in the 10G for biological filtration reasons.
oh also.. i need some suggestions on pumps and hoses, and where to get em

would this work out??

if it doesnt work, ill use the tank for my bigger fry
