Ya could run a 100ft extension cord from another room with another circut into there and plug a power strip off of that

Really no suggestions to solve your problem, but you are probably close to overloading your circuit. It is probably a 15 amp circuit which is typical of most wall outlets, and you are drawing a lot of juice at the moment. Not the safest situation.

Most of your aquarium items, filters, pumps, lights, etc., don't pull a lot of amperage individually, but when combined to the number you have, plus because all outlets in your room are more than likely on one circuit breaker you could be courting disaster.

No easy solution, other than bringing in a new separate line and in an apartment that's probably not feasible. I think I would really consider moving some of your tanks.
