pitbullriot Fingerling Posts: 40 Kudos: 34 Votes: 0 Registered: 06-Aug-2004 | I have a 20 gallon tank with a Top-Fin filter. I need to find replacement parts or I will have to buy a new filter. If anyone knows where I can find them on the web, please help me out. In case I have to get a new one, I could use some advice on what type of filter is the best - a hang-on, internal, or an underground system. Here's what I have in the tank: 1 gold gourami 6 cories 1 otto Thanks for the help! |

As far as a filter if it was me I would go with a Penguin Bio-Wheel, but the Aqua Clear Model 50 would also be good. http://www.thatpetplace.com/Products/KW/F28/Class/Fish+Supplies+Power+Filters/T1/F28+0221+0363/EDP/45881/Itemdy00.aspx |

I wouldn't worry about replacement parts you can get HOB filters cheap. Try http://www.bigalsonline.com/ That's where I buy almost all of my aquarium equipment. They have the best prices and shipping is pretty cheap. Last edited by fishnewbie at 13-May-2005 21:07 |

I've been thinking about getting a penguin system, but thought it might be cheaper to get the piece I need to replace. Newbie - Thanks for the great link! That's exactly the type of site I was looking for! |
