Or is this silly because the liights are too high up and will use more electricty up etc? Just wondering.... |

It will use more electricity, but if it's also part of the rooms light then it might be worth it. I know one company here in the states has a florescent spot light available. ^_^ ![]() |

All I use to cover the tanks are hinged glass lids. For tanks without live plants, I see no problems with doing this. |
