Mini Heater in a Betta Tank | |
aaronfry Hobbyist ? Posts: 76 Kudos: 55 Votes: 159 Registered: 01-Nov-2006 | I just purchased a Hydor mini 7.2 w heater. It looks about 5 inches by 3 inches and about half an inch thick and will be placed under the gravel tray. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them and how well they work or do not work. Its intended use will be in a 2 gallon hex desktop with a under gravel filter and a single Betta(Male) "No whammy, No whammy, No whammy, STOP!!" 1984-Michael Larsen On Press Your Luck |

I found with mine that the light was enough to heat it during the day and at night I needed to use the heater. Fish tanks are an expensive addiction |
