 | What media for eheim 2026? |
paige Hobbyist Posts: 65 Kudos: 49 Registered: 12-May-2004   | I was going to order an Eheim Pro II 2026 for my 46g tank. It's a basic unplanted community tank. I've never used a canister filter before so I wasn't sure what media I should order with it. I wanted to order it all at once since it's so much cheaper online. Thanks. |

JQW   Fish Addict Posts: 869 Kudos: 758 Registered: 09-Apr-2003   | for a unplanted tank, you can have media differently to a planted tank you'll need EheimMech, Eheim Coarse Foam, Eheim Substrate, EheimKarbon, Eheim Fine Foam. this should do for the time being and should last you long times the only things you'll need to replace time to time is the carbon and fine foam remember if you medicate the tank, take carbon out |
