It sounds as if you are having a bacterial bloom no doubt caused by teh overstocking. |

Can you remove some of your fish & can you tell us what you have in the tank?. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/my_photos http://www.geocities.com/s8xi5heh/classic_blue.html http://groups.yahoo.com/group/buzaqq/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |

The filter you have is only reccommended for a 65G tank. Instead of buying a new canister, why don't you add a power filter? I would suggest adding an Aquaclear 50/300. Petco has them on sale with free shipping. https://www.petco.com/Shop/Product.aspx?Nav=222&sku=172855&R=7746&enemerch=1&redirectURL=%252fShop%252fProductList.aspx%253fPC%253dproductlist%2526Nav%253d222%2526N%253d24%252520112 http://www.hagen.com/usa/aquatic/product.cfm?CAT=1&SUBCAT=107&PROD_ID=01006100020101 Last edited by vwaudifreak at 28-Nov-2005 15:01 |
