heater question | |
Nick Fish Addict 33 Posts: 553 Kudos: 668 Votes: 509 Registered: 09-Aug-2004 | I have a 100W heater that came with my 29 gal. tank as part of the package. The brand name is Thermo-Wave. The problem i'm having is that i've been trying to get my temperature down to about 76 or 77 degrees from 79 degrees. The heater is as low as it goes and the temperature is still the same. This is the temperature I initially set out for when I first got the tank, but didn't realize I had turned the control to just about the lowest setting. Now that there are different fish in the tank, I thought lowering the temperature would be a happy medium for all the fish. Is this the lowest temperature that this heater will go? I was under the impression heaters had a little bit more of a wider spectrum of settings. Thanks for the help everyone! Last edited by Jessnick at 16-Feb-2005 11:16 |

They are very reliable. http://www.deathbydyeing.org/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |
