No, don't want to go back to hauling buckets back and forth! ![]() "Why?" I hear you ask. Well, we will be moving in over a month's time(hopefully) and I'm worried that the water is metered where we're going so using a python to get water out might not be an economical way of doing it (not to mention being expensive). I've been told to use a drill pump and have seen a few online but not sure how this works. DO you have to have a strong drill? I guess you have to hold the drill while it's sucking up the water. See, we only have a cordless one which is powered by a battery and I don't think it's that strong - seeing that I have 6 tanks of varying sizes to look after. Are there any other types of pump I can use as well? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks! [span class="edited"][Edited by Fallout 2004-09-07 06:29][/span] |

It is small enough so it will fit in 5 gallon bucket. i not sure how much water you be changeing but anything that you hold water with will work to dump the water in. the pump ataches to a garden hose and plugs into a regular outlet. Most swimming pool stores sould have them. hope this helps if you more info on how i used it just pm me good luck. |
