 | Another good tetra? |
museuz Small Fry Posts: 10 Kudos: 6 Votes: 10 Registered: 06-Jan-2007   | Hi! I have a 10 gal. with 6 neons and 6 black tetras and they school very well, and I was wondering if I could add another community of tetra. Do you think that's a good idea? If so I was thinking glowlight or lemon tetras? |

If you want a good mix of tetras certainly go BIG a tetra tank can look fantastic if it is set up correctly. If and when you get more room, Glowlights or Lemons would get along with them splendidly (there are very few mean, aggressive tetras, except for Serpaes and maybe Penguins and Cochu's Blues). Also, a black tank backdrop really brings out the color in both Black Neons and Glowlights -- they can look spectacular in that setting. |
