One of my danio's darted for cover during a water change and ended up getting stuck (yep literally) in the bogwood. I managed to get her free but she now appears slightly worse for wear (swimming slightly erratically) tho no obvious signs of injury. What can I do to help her?

Melafix if you've got it will help ward off infection. Keep an eye on her though, if there's any cuts they could become infected.

I'd leave the lights off for awhile as that can help calm the fish down. If it's dark to them it's night time and so they'll rest. If the rooms bright throw a towel over the tank (be careful that none of it is touching the water or it'll wick the water from the tank).
