If you have just bought it contact them and request a replacement.

Eyeless fish are common. There are at least one or two of them in just about every shop (besides the fish that are meant to not have eyes), and they for the most part are perfectly healthy. Yours probably lost its eye while in the shop; predators and aggressive fish sometimes take out an eye from their targets without otherwise harming the fish. The affected fish will be able to live a normal life.

And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."

I rarely agree with putting down a fish, and have personally seen fish live without eyes. The fish will adapt to not being able to see eventually. I worked with an oscar that had no eyes that lived fine. However, it couldn't distinguish my hand from a feeder fish when I worked in the tank.

As long as hes feeding and swimming normally there is no reason to euthanise him.If he starts to starve you may wish to consider it. I might be tempted to check into whether a bacteria or parasite caused it , but aside from that, theres no reason to bump him off just yet. Flukes and protozoa , and localised infections from wounds can cause blindness in fish, not just predation or aggression.
