Hi it sounds like pop eye and if you don't get it now she you could lose her. I used tetracycline tablets I hope you have a sick tank. You need to use it for 5 days and there will be a foam on the water read the box well but it does work.
hope I helped
and good luck

well guys great news, today is day 3 of treatment and i think its working, the swelling has gone down a bit ,and the cloudyness has gone a bit aswell, and she seems to be getting back 2 her normall self, ive herd that its better to treat the food for the fish,if they are still eating,is there any meds for this(popeye)that you can treat the food instead of the water?

In my experience, Pop Eye can be a source of much annoyance, because you cannot tell in advance if the bacteria responsible for it are going to be resistant to your choice of meds.

Unfortunately I had a case of Pop Eye in one of my Pandas a while back that was resistant to my standard treatment - Myxazin. So I had to go out and buy some Melafix. Melafix did the trick though - NUEKD the Pop Eye and the fish was back to normal in around 5 days.

Melafix is great, but has just one teensy weensy disadvantage from my standpoint ... it's rather strong smelling. Plus, if you add it to an aquarium with a powerhead going at a decent rate of knots, you find yourself staring back at something that looks like soap suds for the first 5 minutes or so after application. Other than that, definitely going to be a staple of my fish med cabinet from now on.

Right now I just wish someone would come up with something that's equally effective at dealing with this stinking head cold I've picked up ...

great news i think the popeye is just about goneher eye is still a tiny bit swollenbut i can see a big change in her todayshes just about back to her self,im still not 100% sure how she got it(popeye),but in the info link that keith provided(great info)it says that it can be caused from ruff handeling,as she was spawning with my gt when she got this,i have a divider in there, do yous think she could have bashed her eye while shooing the other fish away,i did she her sevrall times, just charge at the divider, only to be stopped by slamming into it,does this sound like it could have been the colprit

Yes I no how you feel. What med's are you useing it should say on the box how long. With mine I used tetracycle tablets for 5 days every day then changed parshul water change and left her in with out for 5 day's then if I had to repet for another 5 days. But I didn't have to it cleared up on the first week of meds

well im using methylene blue, this is what my guys at my lfs store said to use,at first it seemed to be doing great, but its like its not working 100% now,do you think i should do a 25% water change then switch to multi cure,as that has, methylene blue,& malachite green and lacriflavine in it,i dont really like using these type of meds as they trash your bio filterbut what can you do?
