Hi there:

I've boght 2 LDA25 for my 250L aquarium... they came with wite spot! I didn't notice on the store but i've spoted it as soon as they were on my aquarium.

My temp was 25º I'm slowly increse it to 28º.

They arrive monday the 2nd and the temp is 27 for 2 days now. They are preatty active and eating well and no other fish is infected today I've iniciated the treatment with 50% dosis. I've give it a few days with only the temp increased because i've read that sometimes it was enogh to make the ich go away... how mutch time should I wait to see if the treatment is working?

It has been stated previously. You must treat the tank as the cysts will be in the substrate.
The reason for increasing the temp is to quicken up the Ich life cycle.

I would keep up the treatment for at least 14 days after you have seen the last of the Ich.

Also remember you can add Melafix (check to make sure it is compatable with any meds you are using.) Reduce the lighting, and the feeding program.

When you are satisified every thing is OK do several good water changes and add carbon to the filter if possible for a short time to remove all the meds.

Only follow the instructions very carefully over dosing could cause as much of a problem as under dosing. If you are not sure of the correct dosage and how often ask where you bought the medicine.
