For small water changes, my favorite is stress coat. :B Easy to dose and doesn't reek.

I am partial to Seachem Prime. "Removes Chlorine, Chloramine, Ammonia" and "Detoxifies Nitrite & Nitrate" plus "Provides Slime Coat". All quotes from the 16.9 fl. oz. (500 ml) bottle that was sold at $19.99 at the LFS.

Although, at first glance, the product appears a bit expensive, the dosage is one ml for every 10 gallons of water. The bottle doses 5,00 gallons at a cost of $0.004 per gallon. Other products have you dose at two to five times this dosage rate. No charge for the slight sulfur odor.

Aquarium pharms tap water conditioner. One drop per gallon. Removes chlorine, breaks the chloramine bond, detoxifies heavy metals.
Why I like it 1 drop per gallon, and it handles chloramines as well as chlorine.

I've always used stress coat for no particular reason
We don't have chloramine in the water here, so it seems to work just fine... I don't even know if other brands are available here :%)

For a clarity I tried Nutrafin's Clear liquid. Guranteeed to clear water in less than 1 hour and it did. Normally after water changes I use Stress Coat. Walmart has it cheap ($2.97).
