Hi , I have 3 oranda goldfish and added 1 more last week. Few days agoI saw them acting strange been staying at the bottom of the tank and I saw little white spot on their heads. So I treated them with Pimafix. Been treating them with Pimfafix for 4 days and yesterday I saw there were white spots all over their body.
I suspected it might be ick. so i put Wardley Ickaway for treatment but they are getting worst today. One actually passed away today. I quickly did a water test a realised there's ammonia in the water. (Previously the tank was cycled). I quickly did a 25% water change.

Ammonia 2.0 (after water change 0.5)
Nitrate 0
Nitrate 20

Please see the picture below

What should I do now? I did not does ickaway again after the water change, should i? The instruction said do not use more than 1 in a week.

You need this treatment which will not mess with your bio system. http://www.waterlife.co.uk/waterlife/protozin.htm

My lfs never stocks it so I have to order online but this lot are pretty quick in sending it out to you.
http://www.aquaticlifeaquariums.com.au/index1.html

When I use Pimafix it gives a high Nitrate reading too. I am not sure if it sends the nitrates up or the treatment just gives the test kit a false reading.

The Ickaway would have killed your biological balance making it an uncycled tank again.

Goldfish don't mind salt so you could add a bit of aqua salt to the water and or give the fish a bath in a salt solution. Depends on the fish as catching stresses them.

I have for my uncycled tank, Seachem Stability. Wonderful product which speeds up the cycle time.

I never had much luck years ago with goldfish. They always seemed to have something going wrong with them.
Keep us posted.

Let me consider it is Ich to start of with. I have never heard of that Ich treatment therefore I can not comment on it at all. The treatment for Ich usually involves increasing the temp to speed up the growth rate. Not knowing much about GF I do not know how much you can raise the temp. Other recommendations are to turn the lights off, reduce the feeding, add extra air to give a good water movement. If you have carbon remove it otherwise the meds will not work.
Pimafix is not an Ich med treatment at all. You can use Melafix to help reduce stress.
At the moment there should not be Ich coming through the water supply but there are plenty of other nasties coming through at the moment. This will depend where you are in Aust. If in Vic I would recommend storing the water for a week BUT take it from the hot water service this is killing most of these nasties.
I would also add at every water change either Stress Zyme or Sera Nitrivec this will help to keep your good bacteria in its original state.

Thanks guys. I have increased aeration by putting in one more filter and squeeze a sponge from a cycled tank into the new filter hoping to introduce some good bacteria to aid the cycle.

I did 25% water changed this morning. I am thinking right now should i add more ickaway or salt. if so how much salt. I have only got epsom salt. is that ok?

Their conditions are worsen now as their scales seemed to be peeled off and red patches started to come out on one of the gold fish. looks like blood.

Hoping for more advise. thank you.

Looks like you could have greater problems there. Salt NONO. I would take the infected fish back to your LFS and see what they have to say also take a good water sample and a full water parameters done.
If possible could you post a photo of the goldfish.
