I have a Harlequin that has an infection on his tail, and she is not schooling w/ the other fish at all. One of my ottos had an infection in the same spot as this harlie, that looked similar...and he died....so, what should I do?

Here is a very good medical link that could help you identify the problem and also give you the correct treatment to use.

Also can you take the fish to a good LFS quickly this could help as it sounds like it is spreading through the tank and if you take no action quickly you could/will loose more fish.
