i have a gourami with white blisters that look like zits all over him . i removed from tank and i dont see any other fish with these symptoms . what disease does he have and should i treat the rest of the tank for the same disease

Is it more of little white spots? Like grains of salt, but big grains of salt? If that is it, then it would be ich that you have...and if that is the case, then yes, you need to treat the whole tank, because it is a matter of time before they attach themselves to the other fish...
