I can log in, browse the forums, post here and there, then log out. If I return, the fact that I voted during the previous visit is sometimes 'lost'. That is, the AquaRank indicator that appears in the left hand user ID square under the user name when a member posts after voting, fails to appear. However, whether this 'loss' of my earlier voting activity is restricted to FishProfiles' recording of the fact (possibly because a cookie has expired) or whether AquaRank also 'loses' record of my vote (possible but I think it's unlikley) is open to question. I've found myself having to cast repeat votes to get my AquaRank banner back if I log in and out more than once per day. Anyone else experience this phenomenon? Oh, and if the AquaRank banner doesn't appear alongside this post, then my previous vote has been 'lost' again ... |

Let's see if we go back to #2 if I vote again - perhaps it's 'lost' my vote (as I mentioned above, sometimes this seems to happen with me, though this time it's AquaRank that's lost my vote not FP) ... EDIT - er, wierder and wierder ... I posted, and my vote count increased to 350 without me clicking on AquaRank ... Something seriously Twylight Zone happening here ... |
