Ingo, I just read your fantastic Espei article in TFH! It was awesome. I didn't originally note the author, but as I got a couple of paragraphs in I thought the tank details sounded very familiar, so I checked and sure enough, it was you!!!

I'm so proud of you! Great job and I loved your Espei pics in there! Especially the pic of the fry. That is something that you can proud of for a long time. I hope you bought a suitable frame!

I think it should behoove all FP members to grab a copy of Tropical Fish Hobbyist for the month of August and enjoy Ingo's article. It is great. Also, another FP member, LMuha is a regular columnist for TFH. She is the Skeptical Aquarist and always has well written columns each month.

Let's all hold our head up high here at FP and be proud of the high caliber members of the aquatic community that we have here.

Way to go Ingo!!!

That's great. I haven't even opened up my August edition of TFH, but you can bet I'm going to this evening.

Congrats, Ingo. I'm sure the article will be great.

Congratulations Ingo, I haven't seen this magazine, so I'm not sure if it's available in Aus or not. My hubby usually buys me one from the UK (Practical Fishkeeping, I think it's called), but it's always around 2 months behind the current issue.

Anyway, good job.

Cheers

I too have not seen this magazine. If anyone has a copy of the article though, I would love to see it!

Is this the one with the texas on the front of it? I picked it up and kind of looked through it in a store the other day but didn't buy it.... Should have I guess...

No, the picture on the front is of some kind of fishy wrapped up in a feather star, I think. It looks lke maybe the star is going to eat him.

If y'all can get a hold of the magazine give it a good read....that article is not to be missed.

Oh,

Thanks everyone , I didn't know that there is a thread here with regards to the article until someone (Thanks NowherMan6) pointed it out to me.

If you read the Contributor page you will not only be able to see a beautiful picture of me (), but you may also note that I mentioned FP.

I have to confess that I am very proud of having an article out there; as most of you know I am one of the plant nerds and as such I am flattered to be in the same magazine as Takashi Amano.

If you get a chance to read the article, I am always open for suggestions on what I could have done better.

Thanks again,

Ingo

Hey wow, congrats LF

I'll definitely have a read through at the store tonight or tomorrow. I don't generally read through the magazines, so I'm glad I stumbled upon this thread. Way to go!
