We found out later when the tidal river was low it was always under a particular tree. Guess who tied up there every day for a week to have lunch. I hear they attack & then back off before attacking again, whereas I think a crock bites & hangs on while dragging you to deeper water? |

What you will find is that the clever critters will occasionally horde food and let it rot, thus attracting more and more animals / fish / scavenger species to partake of a free feed. The crocs then sit back and wait for the food (in the form of live animals) to come to them. G_T Never be afraid to try something new. Remember that a lone amateur built the Ark.
