And i thought i'd see if anyone remembered theirs? be it paper boy, grocery clerk, begger on the street. Should be fun reminiscing(sp?) The true test of character is not how much we know how to do, but how we behave when we dont know what to do.

My first steady paycheck came in the form of a pet shop. I'm on my second 'real' job now, as a dispatcher for the county sheriff.

Considered it but I wasn't unhappy enough at shcool to leave before hsc. It also included riding several miles to drug houses picking up supplies also taking medications to a hospital. Just think of that being done today. I also used to sort out and wash the old medicine bottles. Did a bit of time as a housekeeper (that was yucky). First job I consider as a real first job was in the financial aid help center at my university. Nothing like answering phones for 8 hours a day to help rich out of staters get money..... ^_^
